Personal one-time purchase

Personal access is a one-time 365-day purchase and does not renew automatically. Charges are non-refundable once made except for non-waivable legal rights, duplicate or unauthorized charges, proven failure to supply, dispute/chargeback controls, or an approved administrative correction.

Choosing not to make another manual purchase does not remove access during the paid 365-day term.

What to do if a charge is wrong

Contact support promptly for duplicate or unauthorised charges, a proven failure to supply the purchased service, or an administrative correction. This review path does not waive any mandatory consumer remedy.
